Join us on 6 June for an evening dedicated to women’s health, where we’ll explore the connection between hormones, nutrition, and healing. Through stories and expert insights, we’ll open a space for collective learning, empowerment, and care. The conversation will be followed by a shared dinner to learn more about the food that heals us. A fee will help us cover the cost of the meal.
About the discussion
We’re bringing together three contributors, each bringing their own insights and knowledge on women’s health with a focus on hormones and food. Doors open at 18h00, with the discussion kick-starting at 18h30, followed by dinner at 20h00.
This session will demystify the intricate dance of hormones during the female cycle. We'll explore the roles of estrogen, progesterone, and other key players, uncovering how their fluctuations impact energy levels, mood, sleep, and more. Gain a deeper understanding of your body's natural rhythms and learn practical strategies for navigating each phase with greater ease and well-being.
